I don’t think Steve Jobs is QUITE THE GENIUS that people make him out to be.

BUT—I also don’t think what he was able to do can be SO EASILY REPLICATED as some of his “detractors” think, either.

Sounds to me like he was just a REALLY GOOD “middle manager” who could speak to the people “working in the trenches” in a language they COULD UNDERSTAND and COMMUNICATE IN while also being able to properly TRANSLATE THAT to the upper management in a way that could have them “get fully behind” the things that the engineers, designers, programmers, and technicians were working on.
