AHHH! He said it, finally! He's almost there. He laughed, but it was the laughter of coming to that conclusion on his own IN that moment. I bet anything he did not start that speech thinking he was going to wrap it up like that. I think that laugh was DL joy to finally feel what he's been resisting and the shrug was the acceptance that he said it and it's BECAUSE he believes it. I didn't like Rogan much so I didn't really pay him any attention until I saw he was bringing on spiritual people of all faiths. I've watched his journey from "people who believe in Jesus can't deal with truth and believe in fairytales" to literally telling himself in the past that he needs Jesus. I am utterly thrilled to see this. Yes, Joe. We need Jesus. He loved that, ask Him Joe!
