MSC Meraviglia Restaurants & Buffet always cold food

We had a week on board this September. It was disappointed. The customer service is rubbish, the parties as well, they group you on the promenade like cattle and you have to listen to shouty people in 4 languages, so you can imagine. Everywhere you go is packed with people, the buffet is a nightmare, always crowded, we preferred eating at the restaurants. This video is a lie. Once we were sat on a table with dirty tablecloth.

just back with a group of 23 this new ship was a nightmare I'll start with the buffet first chefs not trained no imagination no flavour all for the Italians food cold buffet tables and counters not set up properly not enough cups milk juice in the mornings everyone complaining people waiting on eggs and 1 chef frying eggs on a small pan and 3 or chefs arsing around talking and laughing and now the bar staff a real joke had to wait 20 mins at least to get a drink 2 bar staff on and they had to make tea and coffee not trained and rude no proper queuing system 3 small pools 1 so small 10 people would fit in it the other one some clever person decided to put large double sunbeds in the pool so when the kids were splashing people were giving out to them plus they took up so much room in the pool the Italians were fighting over the sunbeds one afternoon i mean physicaly pool attended didn't do anything it went on for about 2 hours shocking we had food in the restaurant 1 night and it all to go back it was cold we did go back in we waited 1 hour for our starter then it all had to go back in now bedrooms they put this big sofa bed our balcow room so we couldn't move our sheets we not changed untill I asked we did not get what we paid for we will never travell with msc or click & go we did send them a email and complain and we are not happy with the response please believe 23 do not travel msc click & go
