Thinking about sailing msc. Did log time back. These packages look goo

So what stands out is 3 cost $100. So that's $33.33 a meal.
If you get four how do they reward you? They charge $138.
So that fourth meal cost $38. What a rip off.
Also I am finding that the menu is extremely limited and not near the full menu at these restaurants per other reviews. Nothing is noted on that advertisement you reference.
Big time bait and switch.
