Literally. In Kroger's, people can't accept tips. They can't even take tips they earned at the end of their shift, the managers take all the tip money. So I randomly helped people in the parking lot and they gave me tips, no one watched me out there and I got away once with a whole raspberry truffle cause a lady didn't have cash but wanted to thank me for helping her load her stuff into her truck

I get payed 10 bucks an hour for three kids
I’ve been staying over night for some families recently (while kids are asleep I charge 3 bucks)
Pretty sure I get payed more than many part time workers.

At my part-time job, I requested off for my Aunts funeral, and while the manager made a huge deal about it, he ultimately gave me off. THEN, when I didn't show up, he blew up my phone and got upset bc "[I] was on the schedule." I WAS AT A FUNERAL! And this manager was my friend before we started working together. Needless to say, we are no longer friends.
