Fixed my old S4 signal after 2 years of zero bars half the time. Almost constant strong signal now. Chuffed to bits, many thanks :)

FYI in 2022:
Many carriers are shutting down their 3G services because of 4G and 5G, so if this doesn‘t work and if you only have a 3G phone or no 4G/5G contract, your ISP possibly has switched off 3G.

I have been using 2 sim cards TNT and TM and TNT is the only sim card that have signal and the signal 4G did not change to E on this sim card.But fortunately the sim card TM on my phone have low signal Ang when I set it to 4G the 4G change to E.Please help me I will be very very thankful to you If you make a video to fix it.Thank you!🥺
