If you're experiencing signal loss or poor signal reception on your Samsung Galaxy S22/S23 smartphone, it can be frustrating. But worry not! In this video, we'll walk you through troubleshooting steps to fix this issue. Follow these numbered solutions to regain a stable signal:

Check Signal Strength: Make sure you're in an area with sufficient network coverage. Signal strength can be affected by factors such as distance from cell towers or obstructions. Move to a different location if possible, preferably outdoors or near a window.

Restart Your Phone: A simple restart can often resolve temporary signal issues. Press and hold the Power button, then select Restart.

Check Airplane Mode: Ensure that Airplane Mode is disabled. Swipe down from the top of the screen to access the quick settings panel, then tap on the Airplane Mode icon to turn it off.

Remove and Reinsert SIM Card: Power off your phone and remove the SIM card. Check for any visible damage or dirt on the SIM card and the SIM card slot. Reinsert the SIM card securely and power on your device.

Check Network Mode: Verify that your device is set to the appropriate network mode. Go to Settings - Connections - Mobile Networks - Network Mode. Choose the mode recommended by your service provider (e.g., 4G/3G/2G auto-connect).

Update System Software: Keeping your device updated ensures you have the latest bug fixes and network optimizations. Go to Settings - Software Update - Download and Install.

Reset Network Settings: Resetting the network settings can help resolve issues related to network configuration. Go to Settings - General Management - Reset - Reset Network Settings.

Contact Service Provider: If the signal loss issue persists, it's best to contact your service provider for further assistance. They can check for any network outages or provide specific troubleshooting steps for your network.

Don't let signal loss disrupt your Samsung Galaxy S22/S23 experience! Follow these steps to troubleshoot and fix the issue, and enjoy a reliable signal connection.

I've been a Samsung user since I bought my first cell, this 22 is the worst ever for dropping calls, not able to make contact with signal etc. Absolutely horrible. At work I'm lost I can't even get a signal out. I have seen 5G up once that I noticed for a brief second. I also btw, live in a metropolitan area where towers are everywhere. Very sad purchase.

I was having the same problem and I took it to a local place where they fix phones, and they switched the charging port because they say its connected to the 5g network and now my phone works great, it was 90 dollars but my phone works now.

Mine shows full 5g and doesn't work. Hardly works on wifi with full signal either. Junk. I traded my S9 that worked flawlessly for this piece of trash

After trying everything on YouTube I took my phone apart. I noticed the female antenna connector on the charging port board was slightly damaged. I would only get signal outdoors and would have trouble getting signal/data if I was driving/moving to different areas or indoors. I swapped the charging port board and now my phone signal works as it should.

Same happened with me as well. Two month after warranty expired. My s22 ultra is not picking signal inside house and when in outside GOD knows better where to get signal. Any luck with troubleshooting as I did everything highlighted above but nothing is working...any suggestion or advise will be appreciated.

Cleared the "Cache" and still lost GPS signal while placing my phone inside my motorcycles side bag. Learned that keeping WIFI on seemed to be the only way it didn't lose GPS signal so now I leave it on which seems to have done the trick 🤞

all of this won't work the phone is so expensive signal keeps idle when not in use it's a flagship JUNK.
