I had an agent from Samsung in September and the moment I mentioned this issue he got soooo nervous. You can tell they are told not to discuss this issue. Very immoral of Samsung. You could tell he was trying to tell me he's sorry and it's not his fault and kept trying to pass the buck. Even with warranty some people were havinv issues getting samsung to address the issue i read. If its expired, the impression i got is that you're oh well. Samsung is aware of the issue. Updates in NOVEMBER fixed it, then recently since the new ultra 23 came out, issues are back. We can put two and two together.

Same mines only work on wifi now at home and other places but if i put it on airplane mode then turn it off while im out away from home it works smh

Oh wow! So sad to see so many people with same issue with the Samsung S22 ultra! Same here. No connection to data networks. Only wifi calling and must be on a wifi connection. Otherwise only emergency calls available! Tried eSim but still no good. Sim card works as phone diagnostic says its working. Might definitely be hardware issue. 😢

Didn't work for me. I get very poor service on both of my S22U devices.

Just had same problem on my s22 ultra after the latest software update 2 weeks ago. Still my phone is on payment plan and is useless. I has been using Samsung galaxy since the beginning and now I hate them.

The update in August fried mine. It says no service, at&t, Verizon but never works. They refused to fix it

I tried all of that and nothing worked, even took the sim card out. My phone company gave me a new sim card. I called samsung and the only thing they could do was offer me a new phone for $500 😭 I'm still paying on my s22

Has anyone been able to sort for good these known poor signal issues my s22 ultra has been useless for 9 months now just turned on as phone was using temporary s10 was dropped snd now knackered, but after latest software updates the s22 still having network/internet issues connecting 🤔 socials uploading is slow or non responsive, a crazy costly phone that dont know how what to do to fix its becoming complete waste of money not working properly😢 📱

A Verizon rep looked at my phone in disgust and claimed it's nectar m because my phone is "too old."

Funny, before the recent update, my "too old" phone worked fine

I JUST GOT THE S22 ULTRA 1 DAY AGO! I SHOULD'VE DONE MY RESEARCH. My mobile network is non existent on my phone. PRACTICALLY USELESS. THAT'S SAMSHIT U GOT GOING THERE.
