This is no different what Mueller did if he was a policeman driving along and spots a guy walking along the sidewalk. Picks him up and takes him downtown to the judge. The judge asked why did you pick him up and what is he guilty of. The officer responds because he looks like he could have done something and it’s not up to me, it’s up to you judge to find him guilty... We sent Mueller to investigate crimes and he wasted two years just to come back and tell us it’s not up to him to tell us what the crimes are. What an idiot!
