WATCH: Robert Mueller says 'yes,' a president can be charged after leaving office

Rep. Ken Buck, R-Colo., pushed former special counsel Robert Mueller during a House Judiciary Committee hearing about whether President Donald Trump could be charged with a crime after leaving office, to which Mueller responded “yes.” Mueller said that no charges were considered during the scope of the investigation because “we cannot indict a sitting president.”
