I'm a HUGE Dimash fan, I listen to his songs daily. I've never cried from listening songs including Dimash. I don't listen music to move my heart. I listen to music because I enjoy it.

Thank you for your review/reaction. Even Dimash says in some of his interviews that some people will like his songs and some will not. Every song he sings, listening from heartspace, is an experience. He says he just, for a few minutes, want to take people away from their daily chores. Everyone has own taste. Enjoy moment to moment. Greetings from Cape Town, South Africa 🙌💞🕯️

It's a good idea to watch the Arnau version, and then the Moscow performance, the first is more rocky, the second more artsy..both are incredibly good. Greetings from Cape Town South Africa

Hi, thank you for your reaction. Please react to Dimash sing Sinful Passion-2019 Moscow concert. For me this rendition of this song is sensuous and the camera is on him all the time. Thank you. Be safe. Ohio, USA

Hello, I’m from Brazil! For those who like information about Dimas' songs: The story behind this song is very interesting: The band that accompanies Dimash is the same one that composed the song, without the singer who died after a heart attack! The band is also from Kazakhstan and this performance by Dimash revitalized the song. In addition, the final part he added, with an oriental technique. The song was originally performed in 1998 and the band's name is A'Studio (Russian-based Kazakhstani pop music group, "Alma-Ata Studio", city of Almaty). The dead singer (to whom Dimash was a fan) left the band in 2000 and passed away in 2015 and his name was Batyrkhan Shukenov. The lyrics are by the poet Ilia Reznik together with Baigaly Serkebayev, who is the keyboardist with long hair, which we see in the video accompanying Dimash.

I actually enjoyed your honest reaction, I'm a huge Dimash fan but I'm just not a crier. The only Dimash song that has brought me to tears was Qaragym Ai but that was more through seeing him fight through the grief that singing this tribute to his mentor showed on his face.
The 2021 version of SOS is extremely powerful, in fact all of the releases he has done from the 2021 Digital Show will show exactly how far he has come both vocally and in terms of performance skills in the last 4 years. The boy he was in this performance is gone to be replaced by a grown man who has finally experienced all the things he sings about and knows how to channel that experience into his performances.

Thanks for reviewing him on your own. I really appreciate that. I also appreciate your thoughtful commentary on his performance skills, especially coming from an experienced performer. There are many reactors who are so over-the-top that it comes off as insincere, just going for views and likes. After awhile, I just unsubscribe/skip them. Some are authentically moved, and I can tell the difference.
As for me, Dimash does move me to tears often. My emotions seem to be closer to the surface since I started to listen to him. But that's just me, and by no means is it a prerequisite. 😁 He gives me goosebumps regularly, too, but again, that's a very individual thing. Maybe I've just turned into a big ol' romantic softie. Lol. The bottom line is that you definitely don't have to cry or wail or faint to like Dimash. 😁 It's all good. 👍

The dears that want you to cry are not doing what Dimash would want. He lives in a democracy between two communistic countries and has managed to curry the support and love of both countries. Like said Dimash puts on a show and he is so dramatic which I like. A little background that you didn’t get in your version. The pianist wrote this song and ask Dimash to sing it. He is a part of the band on stage that Dimash is collaborating with. The bands lead singer passed and this song is a lamentationto him. Dimash knows this. The section in the song that some call throat singing is from dimashs culture done at funerals. It’s taken me many listens and reading comments to get that much info, it is a show but a dedication too. At the end of the song a man in the front row with a bald head and white shirt stands up applauding. It is noticeable because these people are in some kind of culture that don’t have expression. The man is Igor Kurtoy who wrote olympics that I saw on your library. But he wrote it for dimash. He is a billionaire composer producer that sometime after this offered to mentor Dimash and gave him the choice of using 5 of 10 of his songs. This is 2021 and they’re still together.

Some people are just intolerant. I'm a Dear, I love Di like crazy but I'm not easily touched. Not only by him, in general I very very rarely cry or get emotional. Only a few songs of him touch me. I'm a fan cause he managed to do it a few times and it's hard ! It was with "Automn strong" (singer 2017 version), Love is like a dream, Quairan Elim, Qaragym-ai (teacher homage), Ave Maria.
We don't need to cry to enjoy music.
