Oooh my hips are happy!! I have a desk job and hold so much stress and tension in the lower back and hips, and I have been doing physiotherapy for my hips and I.T. Band. Many of the stretches I have been given by the PT are on this video! I will be doing it on repeat for a while and hopefully will be back more regularly to your fantastic work outs! Thank you Chris!

Oh wow! I did your full body class, then some work in the garden and came in and thought I will need to stretch this afternoon. Went for a walk, came home and looked through your stretches and found this video. PERFECT. Exactly what I needed for my hips and lower back. I was someone who was committed to working out (both cardio and weights) before I found your channel in 2021 but have added in regular stretching and mobility since I started with you. Thank you so much for all these wonderful classes!

Ooo my hips are happy! 🎉 It's amazing how much better I feel after mobility or a deep stretch. Still doing your mobility routines every morning at least 5 days a week. Such a great way to start my day! Thanks so much for another great one!

How very wonderful this felt! Again, some new moves that I haven’t tried before. Also, Thank you for addressing a postural difference for some of us. My neck hurts when I put my head down while lying flat on the floor. The pillow felt great. My hips are happy!! ❤️ Thank you, Chris!

omg I need more of these. My hips are incredibly tight so im having to modify but I nevertheless felt enormous benefit from this effective routine. thank you so much for encouraging us to take the time to do these stretches. it really helped my lower back as well! ❤
