i loved this movie ever since the first viewing. It felt like a fucking test I gotta pass and it had me really focused. And then as soon as it ended its as if alot of dots started to connect in reverse!

Like the more I thought back on the movie with the informstion at the end i started understanding more of it it was soo cool

2:03 - OK, this is the most confusing part to me. Who built the building, when, and in what temporal direction? Like, literally; at what point can we have someone build that building that what we see makes sense? What sequence of events can lead to it?

Actually picture this. At some point... the temporal direction doesn't really matter, so we'll just say x years ago, and you can decide what "ago" means... People come with trucks, and building supplies, and tools, and lay foundations, and plumb in pipes, and pour cement or concrete or whatever people do when they build stuff like this, and up and up it goes. Then, by the time this battle "starts", it's a pile of rubble because of a rocket that's going to be launched in the other direction later? So... when, and how, did it go from one to the other? If you had set up a timelapse camera pointing at it, from when it was built until this scene played out, what would you see?

Tenet isn't a wibbley-wobbley-timey-wimey type of film, the rules are set pretty well, and I cannot figure out how to reconcile this within the rules of the film.

What confuses me still is the bullet Neil dies from. I have imagined it unknowingly being in Neil's helmet, and reversing back into the gun. Why do you imagine it reversed mid stream?, if I understood you clearly.

Volko does not use an inverted gun. He shots neil with a regular gun and the bullet goes into Neils head. If you look at Neil on the floor his mask is red from being shot in the face.
