He was within his rights to resist and even use lethal force evade and avoid being kidnapped and boarded by pirates. Until we can see their supposed "authority" for the illusion that it is and always has been, we will continue to be victimized.

If the house boat would've sank, or the people injured during that whole time they interfered with him performing his duties, they would've charged him for it. What were those two idiots gonna do anyway? Point their guns at the boat and tell it to stop resisting?
