I am trying THM again. I'm rewatching videos on it. I lost 8 pounds in 3 months back in the Fall. I hope to improve what I was able to lose before.

I’m not new (I did THM in 2016-17) but I went through cancer in 2018. I lost a kidney and an adrenal gland as collateral damage. I’m doing much better now and have a good prognosis. But I need to have no more than 50 grams of protein and I can only do very gentle exercise. My many doctors haven’t been much help, it seems they are all afraid of liability and won’t give me specifics for how to eat. I do believe God wants me to eat the THM way, but cautiously to avoid too much protein. I’d appreciate your prayers. As if those challenges weren’t enough, I have a very limited budget and a picky husband who says the only veggies he likes are white potatoes and corn.

Hi, I'm new. I've known about THM for several yrs, idk how i originally was introduced to it, but it has always felt so extra and daunting. Especially all the "special" ingredients and i just wanna throw it away and say forget this it's not budget friendly, it's too much work. I NEED simple, easy, and budget friendly. This is why eating unhealthy is much easier, it's cheap and fast for the most part.

I am restarting my THM Journey when I did start at the first time there was no cookbook or anyting now there's the cookbook in the table book. I'm starting it slowly incorporating things into my day and having a meal or two or snack that's THM. Yesterday I made the shrinker as well as the good girl moonshine which really helped me curb my cravings. And yesterday for my breakfast lunch I made a makeshift Asian style bowl it did have a bit of brown rice at the bottom so I guess it would have been a crossover but there was not more than maybe a quarter cup if that as it was only to catch any of sauce. In the bowl I had some grilled meat some spring mix salad some shredded cabbage some shredded carrots some cucumber some cooked zucchini and cooked broccoli and cooked baby bok choy and the sauce was a mixture of aminos, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, siracha, sesame oil, it was super yummy and took me forever to finish. The rice at the bottom would of made it a crossover. and honestly I didn't even need it as I was full with all the veggies and grilled meat. Please pray for me and help me stick with it most of the time.
