How tragic that the two best friends from Shiganshina ended up slugging and brawling each other as the monsters that destroyed their home.

I also like how it’s made more explicit that Armin is indeed fighting back instead of just tanking the punches and grappling with Eren.

He even land a punch against Eren, unlike in the manga, where he got his ass beat. And his dialogue with Eren is improved as well. Anime Armin is a freaking Chad compared to his sad manga version

I actually like that they made Armin at least fight back in this scene. In the manga he was a straight up punching bag for Eren, here he manages to pull his hair and beat him up a bit lol
