Pasture raised, grassfeed, and regenerative farmed are all the rage right now in the health community. But can you taste the difference? Well I bought a $20 chicken to find out!

It’s supposed to taste like the chicken we grew up on. I’m glad you’re doing this because I’ve been curious.

Fabulous! I think it's definitely worth it for health, but not every day. Free range is tastier. And your bird looked exceptional! Thank you for sharing!! ❤❤❤❤

I’ve been on a clean eating path for my family and I think it’s worth it…higher quality foods are always a plus in my book…you pay a little more cuz let’s face it those cheap chickens ain’t so cheap anymore.

My mouth is watering just looking at it. Got some great pointers from this video that I will be using especially the prep and cutting.

I purchase my chicken from Whole Foods. It’s been a game changer. It’s worth it but expensive

That chicken should be on the cover of Bon Appetit culinary magazine! Very expensive, but looks delicious. Great job!

Hey Camirra 🤗 Thanks for Spatchcock-in the chicken. I’ve been requesting other cooks I follow to do this but they won’t do it.
It looks delicious. 😋

Great recipe, thanks for sharing! A decent chicken now a days cost 12-13 dollars I always buy no antibiotics, which cost more, but taste better! I will buy a Heritage chicken next trip to wholefoods❤😆

Thanks for your content. My mom is on her head to try this chicken, so I will get one eventually. Good for me, the closest whole foods is in Orlando, of which I am an hour away. 😂

I'm not sure about it being "poulet", but I do get chickens from the farmer I get my eggs from and it definitely tastes fresher. Thanks. 💙

Thank you for doing this! I wondered, but the way this wallet is set up...
I'll just stick to the cheapie chicken, say a little grace over it, and eat. 😭
I think it's good on occasion if a person can't do it every time they purchase a chicken.
I just know that whenever I pay $20 for a bird that is not a big ol' Thanksgiving turkey, I will have to certainly massage the seasoning into it with some cannabutter or something to feel better about having paid $20 for a bird. lol
