This video shows you how to make crystallized glass bottles and jars using simple ingredients you might already have around your house ( I'm looking at you slime makers ;) ). This diy project is perfect for creating amazing crystal insipired home decor, wedding or party decorations, gifts, or even a sweet science lesson for your chemistry class or science fair. Would look cool as a wine bottle craft as well!

You can get most of these supplies from the dollar store or dollar tree making this a super budget friendly project.
To do this project:
1) Gather all your jars. We had some lying around our house ( hello recycling bin) and picked up a few more from the dollar store :)
2) Sand/prep your jars using 100 grit sand paper or a nail file
3) Make your Borax solution using 6 cups of water and 3 cups of borax - bring to a boil until water is clean
4) Add dye of your choice
5) Float jars in the borax solution
6) Cover and let set for at least 6 Hours (or overnight)
7) Reveal your creation and allow to dry completely
8) Drizzle super glue or C.A. glue over the crystals for an extra durable hold!
9) ENJOY :)
