There's a famous Indian sweet known as "PETHA", it has got the same texture like "Kohakutou" crunchy from outside yet juicy and jelly like texture from inside

The best part about "PETHA" is it's made from "Ash Gourd" which is kinda healthy and tastes absolutely superb 👌
