I like to whip it up. Churned honey crystals turn into a creamy treat and it has a different flavor than runny honey. So good!

Here in Canada it doesn't get warm enough to warm in the sun LOL LOL. But, what we do here because it's winter 7 month out of the year. Take your crock pot fill it with water place some rings from your canning jars on the bottom ( you do not want the containers directly touching the bottom) put the containers in the water. Turn the crock pot on low gently liquefying the golden honey again. Happy Beekeeping

I just put my honey pot in a saucepan and fill it with hot water and let it sit there till the water goes cold... take the honey pot out and it's runny again and lasts like that for a few months.
Whipped honey is also a yummy honey alternative.

i’ve always been told that sunlight and light in general, is what causes the crystallization and that’s why it’s often kept in opaque containers, i could be remembering a wording a little wrong though.

When our honey begins to crystallize we keep it in the glass jar, put the glass jar into a saucepan with water (make sure the water is the height of the honey), turn the heat on and bring the water to a boil.
You’ll see the crystallized honey turn back into regular honey.
Turn the heat off, take the HOT jar of honey out of the boiling water and let it cool.
I’d like to try what Mark suggested but the only time that would work in our area would be in the hottest part of our summers.
When it’s summer Down Under, it’s winter here in Washington state USA.

I get a small pot of water and heat it on the stove at the lowest setting. Then I put an uncovered jar of honey mostly submerged in the water with something small at the bottom so the jar doesn't touch the bottom of the pot. Leave it for an hour.
