Was prescribed this and took the lowest dose for 3 years. My A1C crept up from 5.5 to 6.0 causing pre-diabetes. Also had chronic neck pain. Not fun. Doctor had me stop taking it, do intermittent fasting and my A1C is finally back down to 5.7. Not fun. I also was able to cancel my physical therapy appointments for my chronic neck pain. He wants me to take another statin, but I will just live with high “cholesterol”
