Ball in a Cage [Broken and glued back together]

Carving a ball that is enclosed in a cage from a solid block of Mahogany.

Thanks for taking the time to make it this far. I am a little late posting on this one because I injured myself on another project while in the midst of this one. I made this video for someone who has been thinking about making one of these. Pay attention for tips that will help you along the way. This was WAYY fun and I am much more proud of it than I thought I would be. There are a few things I would change about my approach if I were to do it agin. This was my first wood carving project and I could easily trim off 30% of the time with what I learned. Talk to me in the comments section, I would love to hear from you.
