Founded in 1850, Menasha Corporation began as a wooden pail factory, making storage and food containers for everyday Wisconsintes. Today, Menasha makes packaging and merchandising products along with reusable plastic pallets and containers. In 2009 Kotek took on the role of CEO, guiding this multi-generational enterprise as it has grown to employ 1,430 employees based in nine Wisconsin facilities, with sales exceeding $1.5 billion.
