Feathers are actually incredibly useful! Instead of using 26 vitamins to max out a stat, you can use 25 vitamins and 2 feathers (since the max EVs a stat can get is 252). Not only that, but it makes it possible to give more precise EV spreads without having to find specific species for random encounters. Additionally, they're much cheaper to get this way than buying vitamins instead. Since each vitamin gives 10 EVs for $10, 000 and each feather gives 1 EV, it is much more cost effective to use feathers as you'll be generally be getting them for much less than $1, 000 per feather. The $17, 000 for feathers that the auction went to was for 39 feathers, that is literally less than half the price of vitamins.

I actually noticed that with the market the auction items are actually changed every in-game day, not irl 24hr. If you really want something you see there but don’t have enough currency to get it, I hope you know how to get it fast because your window of opportunity to get it is probably about a Minecraft day. You might have a higher chance at seeing it again if you visit every in-game day though.

The auction is dynamic. If you wait let the two others fight about the price, you come in and finish who’s winning. Usually 4 turns and it’s over

FYI the Ace Tournament is useful to turbo controller it with a Pokémon that can 1 shot everything. Similar to Legends Arceus and Fighting the guy over and over again at the battle arena. Just set it up and go to work or sleep and it will do the Tournament over and over

btw you dont need to ring the bell to rematch them you can go straight to the main tent and talk to the leader to rematch them :)

I ended up getting ultra balls before I can normally buy ultra balls from the market and for cheaper. In the late game it's not as good but early it can let you get items you normally can't buy yet.

I finished Scarlet and have been trying to make my team more competitive but just haven't had the time. I also am starting my Violet playthrough because I want to get to endgame before the Charizard Event so I can get one in both games.
