DEFEATED a Record Breaking GIANT! Catch Clean Cook- Amberjack

I had a goal this year to defeat my personal best Amberjack of 60lbs and it was far surpassed with this absolute Giant Greater Amberjack! This monster reef donkey hit the scale at 92lbs!!! We caught him on a big blue runner as live bait while wreck fishing out of Key West, Florida. None of the fish went to waste. We made it into fish dip, grilled amberjack steaks and gave away a bunch to friends and family. Surprisingly the fish had no worms, which are common in amberjacks of this size. A lot of people consider Amberjack to be a trash fish, but thats why I love these catch clean cook videos, to show the world there is no such thing as a trash fish just trash cooks.

As an old 76 senior who loves boating and fishing, it's gratifying and enjoyable to see such young wonderful energetic people like you and Brooke. I subscribed to you both and applaud your teaching EVERYONE young and old the clean fun and excitement of boating, fishing and how to cook your days catch. I know your families must be very proud of you. Thank you.

Happy to watch your videos! Unfortunately, I'm 78 and disabled, but have loved fishing trips with family as a teenager. Never made it to ocean fishing, just fresh water lakes and rivers. I still fix salmon in small servings. Love seeing your "seat of the pants" recipes! I agree there are no trash fish, there are only trash cooks! ♥😎

Being an American jamaican who loves cooking. I am big on flavors I have literally cooked alot of different types of fish and seafood in many ways. You all have proved my point to people that I have been saying for years, there is no such thing as trash fish but trash cooks/chef's. Amazing video's guys proud to see the growth with you and brook on both channel's. Also praying that the channel grows to over 1 million by the end of the year. "FISH ON & REEL UP". 🎣🐟⚠️🦈

Hello from Barbados, I agree 100% with what you said, there are no trash fish, just trash cooks. In the Caribbean all fish are on the menu, and are prepared with some deliciously spicy recipes. Fantastic job with the catch clean and cooks I really enjoy them.Keep it up.

We used to catch 100 lb. + AJ's, back in in the 80's, on a regular basis.
Glad to see you young, guy's and Hottie's ( Brook ), doing it like I did 30 yrs. ago. AND you're Cooking as well, I got a lot of smack talk for talking about cooking, back then.
Keep it going, love to see it, would love to taste it even more!

The fish you catch you use to feed yourself, your family, Brooke and her family. Animals were placed on this earth to be cherished and utilized to sustain the human race. I think it's amazing you bring new recipes of how to prepare fish that most would not consider eating. The way you cook anything determines how appealing it will be. Keep up the good work

I've often thought the same thing about people calling some fish trash fish. Thanks for the great video and the detail in how you prepared it.
