boat rokerz 255 pro have the problem of disconnect sound many times for a second then again connected in the next second...how to resolve it

1st unpair your devise from mobile
2nd start your bluetooth and keep it on pairing mode
3rd press volume up and down bottom with same time
4th start scan for device on mobile and then it get connected

My neckband suddenly gives a sound glitch and shuts down on every battery percentage, like while it's 100%, it runs best, when 90%, after 10mins on this percentage, the sound suddenly glitches and shuts down. When I power it up, it runs well. And the problem comes again on 80-0% I mean on every battery percentage lowering down, there is a sound glitch on every 10 mins later of every percentage. how to reset it?
