As art supply hoarder, it's definitely not too much. I get what you're saying about the Prismacolor breakage, but I went back to using about a week ago, and I'm blown away about how smooth they lay down.

I believe you can never have too many coloured pencils. I love your artwork and your collection. I too have the Art n Fly pencils in my collection. I just love them. I am pleased to hear they maybe expanding their line of pencils.

Your old Prismacolor collection is super cool! I have one of my own, colored pencils that one of my mom's ex-stepdads gave her when she was younger, and she'd held onto for years before passing them down to me. Most of mine are pretty beat up, teeny tiny, or the cores have come unglued from their casings, but I make do with them well enough on the rare occasion I use them. They're more sentimental to me at this point than anything else. I really wish Prismacolor would release a line that's better than their premier pencils in overall quality bc I get a lot of off-center pencils, cracked or splintering wood, and experience a significant amount of breakage compared to every other "artist grade" set. It would be great if they basically just re-released the old ones but in an "updated" set, maybe with added lightfast ratings, and like I said, the higher quality materials.

I do adult coloring as therapy for my PTSD.
I wanted to try the Pablo but it's a little out of my reach right now.
The art work you've done with the Pablo is absolutely beautiful and vibrant. Thank you so much for sharing this video with us.

I got the basic 12 sets of Holbein and the 12 pastel colored pencils. I ABSOLUTELY love them.. They are definitely leaning to be my all time favorite pencils

Great video Jane! I bought a set of the Derwent Drawing pencils and really like them and also Derwent Lightfast. They are fabulous.

I just got the Derwent Lightfast 76 set this week. So far I’m enjoying them more than the handful of Holbeins I’ve acquired. Maybe it’s just my brain tricking me since they’re less expensive, but they’re fantastic so far. Your art is fantastic, I love how colorful so much of it is!

I don't know how I have not come across you before ‼ I can tell you that we are from the same Tribe. 🙃 And...bless your heart...I can totally sympathize with your limitations. I have fibromyalgia and diabetic neuropathy. If my eyes are open then I'm in debilitating pain. 🌸 I'm in love with your art! It's right down my alley. You're Awesome. 🤩

Ok I’m glad I didn’t miss much of the beginning during live. The Derwent Lightfast are nice and I have all 100. I always wanted to try Pablos, but they are not easy to get in Canada. I would love to do portraits with coloured pencils. Your artwork is beautiful.

Is there to much, NO theres never to much ..i think the more the better.. I like the woodless color pens i want to get some... i love all the sets im in the process of getting my collection together ..i can't always buy the big sets like i want but the ones i get are good to learn with ..
