Hello! :) Nice video! :)

I have one issue: when I try to upload the compiled code to arduino mega, it says that it is not connected to com1. How to fix this? Or how to sync arduino board with the ide in Ubuntu?

I am trying to follow your tutorial but I am new with Ubuntu. After installing with the sudo command how do you actually tell the device is connected? Device manager kind of in Ubuntu.
I have run the software after compiling I clicked the Upload button but I got a warnig message "Binary sketch size: 1, 072 bytes (of a 32, 256 byte maximum)
avrdude: stk500_recv(): programmer is not responding"

Could you help please
