My Tecno Spark 4 air stopped displaying so I was asked to flash it, anytime I connect it to my PC, the laptop recognizes it then it will disconnect then it will keep doing like that on and on, and anytime I try flashing it, it'll show I need a valid authentication file. Please how do I get authentication file

Device is dead, able to connect to pc with name "Mtk port com4",
Is there any change in method for dead phone?
Because by normal way it get stuck on red DA.
And it get dead by format with bootloader 😢

Thank you very much. Please I encountered an error with code 0xC0010001 when flashing tecno camon 17 using sp flah tool. The tool asked me to reconnect the device and now the mediatek driver doesn't show. Any help please 😢

I honestly don't know what I'm doing wrong I have all the sp flash software I've downloaded so many versions but it's till not detecting my Blu phone, right now it's stuck on the bootup screen and because it's a non-removable battery so I cannot take it out and no matter what I try I can't get the phone to flash🤷🏼‍♀️ maybe I'm not understanding someone about how it detects the phone or maybe I'm just bad luck 🤦🏼‍♀️

if it gets to fastboot you can type fastboot reboot bootloader then from there you can flash the ap bp cp csc files using odin to make the phone work again

hey before i watched your video i tried to flash an 10s 7m/ds its completly dead nothing on screen bt connects to the sp flash tool via mth auth bypass tool however the preloader cant seem to go in it always gets status failed error vfy

Hello sir,
I have infinix note 11 - x663 (MediaTek 6768 chip)
Now it is in fastboot mode and auto reboot after every 60 seconds.
I tried hard reset in recovery mode (wipe/factory reset).
But after that process in bottom of display show below msg. Exactly

--wiping
E:open failed /metadata/ota: no such file or directory
Formatting /data...
Formatting /metadata...
Data wipe complete.

After that I follow the prosidure & reboot mobile from same recovery mode windows.
But no change in mobile still in same fastboot mode and auto reboot after 60 seconds.

How to safely and which particular .img file flash with (download only) mode in SP flash tool.
Pls. Guide me I really thankful 🙏 to you..
