Note that the polarities of the DNA strands are misindicated (on the right side of the image)--the top strand (dark green) goes 5' to 3' from left to right, its partner (light green) is 3' to 5'. The light orange strand is oriented 3' to 5', and it's partner in the DNA duplex is 5' to 3'. The notations on the right side of the images are wrong.
