Craftsman GripLatch toolbox - Part 1 As found and fixup plans

Another project, this find is better quality than my Waterloo toolbox (no ball bearings), so this will replace it.

Next steps will be to get some casters on it, clean up the drawers inside, and look where I want to try and refinish areas... likely the top lid and the horizontal bottom bars on each section.
