Thanks for sharing this top ten with us. Looks like there is a lot to do in North Shore of Minnesota. So many scenic views along the way. We would love to spend some time out on the water and exploring the lighthouse. And I would want to see all 16 waterfalls. And east some of the World's Best Donuts. And the Naniboujou Lodge looks like a neat place to stay. Can't wait to see all of this in person one day. We are working our way through all 50 states so I am sure it is just a matter of time until we get here!

Crazy about the wolf. Beautiful area. Lucky guy-twice. Gotta love a great lighthouse. The water looked so blue. Black Beach is really pretty as were the waterfalls.

Hopefully you can make your way back up there again, that wasn't black beach. Black Beach actually does have black sand and it's awesome. Seen that other beach mistaken for the actual black beach several times ha ha. Great video!

See you have the same issue we have with donut shops, no donuts. Thanks for the waterfall fix. Those were gorgeous

If you would have climbed over the land mass to your right or driven down a little further you would have seen a massive black beach.

Good video and you hit most of the high points but you left out Grand Portage and the Gunflint Trail. Also, it would help if you adjusted the audio some. The narration was pretty quiet but the gulls and the usic at the end were much louder. I had to turn my volume up to hear and understand the narration but when the other things cam on it about blasted me out of the chair. BTW, it is nicely ironic that the winery is in Temperence.

It truly is "the world's best donuts". I now live in WA and wish I could get those donuts here. But they wouldn't be fresh, if they shipped them. 😢

It’s always possible that was a coyote you saw but it could have been a wolf. Usually they’re in packs but Wolves almost never attack people in Minnesota. They are quite afraid of people. When I’m in the woods in Minnesota there’s only two animals I’m very scared of; a black bear especially one with cubs and moose. Moose are incredibly dangerous and aggressive towards people.

Rustic pies are better. Since Betty's was taken over by someone else, it has gone downhill😢 A couple of the really good restaurants in Grand Marais have burned down. 😢 It's pronounced Grand Ma-ray.
