Step 5) Reset Windows Update Components

Sfc /ScanNow
net start bits
net start wuauserv
net start msiserver
net start cryptsvc
net start appidsvc

Right-click on the Wufix file and click Run as administrator
Restart your PC
Step 6) Use Media Creation Tool

very good video but my problem with KB5041585 and the update stops 97% Installation error - 0x800f0991 and in addition I have a message: reinstall your current version to repair the system files and components. my pc has no problems and I refuse to lose my files. I performed the classic manipulations DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth & sfc /scannow... nothing to do. either I wait for windows to fix or I save locally on ssd but is the shit. do you know this problem, thanks.
