The best prayer is,
"Lord remove anybody out of my life that means me no good, serves me no good purpose, and is not real & loyal. Bless me the discernment to realize and give me the strength to let go and don't look back." It works like a charm. However sometimes the person is not necessarily a bad person. They served their purpose and their season in your life has come to an end (i.e.Orpah left Naomi and Ruth).

In my opinion, I feel as if some people use the word "FRIEND" to loosely! My mom taught me at a young age NOT to consider everyone that I hung around as MY FRIEND! 😊 I'm so thankful and blessed that I listened to the wisdom of my mother. I only had 1 real so-called worldly friend of 18 years up until yesterday. God wanted me to end the "friendship" years ago, but I disobeyed Him. So....God allowed her to contact me via phone call, the call plus ALL of her past and present actions towards me...made it a lot easier to end the friendship and let her go in love and peace. YES...I'm hurting today, BUT I BELIEVE that GOD will bring me a TRUE Christian sister and we can praise, worship and honor God together, pray for one another, and also hold each other accountable as we navigate along the narrow road that we are supposed to follow as True Believers in Jesus Christ 😊

God sends me dreams about people, and majority of the time he reveals truths about a person, it may break my heart but I see it as a heads up. Move on, ask to be sent the right people, don’t be desperate enough to hang with someone who doesn’t even like you.

Wow, I needed this! I am currently trying to let go of two toxic relationships from my friends. They have broken my heart many times, and I’ve forgiven and tried too many times. It is easy to want revenge and to call them out, but this is not what I am called to do as a child of God. I believe and pray for good friends

When God is no longer center in a friendship He brought together, it will fail. I was backsliding and so was my friend, our friendship was removed because we were both toxic. Mostly my actions were gravely disrespectful and there was no Christ present, so we didn’t respond right to one another. Point two is so true!! Reconciliation is a whole other thing from forgiveness. I don’t desire a friendship with her again, even though our last falling out was on me, because there are things overall that I was not alright with. I did apologize and she rejected it, but I wanted to admit my wrongs after denying them for awhile. As I spend more time with the Lord, I’m understanding the purpose of friendships for His kingdom cause. It’s beyond our own desires for this temporary life. But it’s also a gift, that we need to be mindful of. Love this video!

I feel this way about my atheist friend! I’ve witnessed to him multiple times, I’ve invested 2 years into our friendship! But lately I feel like God is telling me to take time away from him. I pray every day for his salvation! But, we still have that friction between us. It’s hard, but ultimately I think God wants me to draw away from him. Prayers please!🙏🏻❤️

I've had some bad friends over the past few years, and now that I'm alone during quarantine its been really hard trying to find the right people I need in my life. Romans 6:19; 2 Timothy 2:22. To be friends with the world you are enemy to God ! Especially when they continually disrespect & disregard you and never listen. Too stressful.

This video came just on time, after I'm a Christian I don't have really close friends because it turned out that everybody that I meet has their own agenda and some are not genuine. I think it is hard to confide in friends because if we don't have an honest heart is not real friendship even if they are Christian. What they call friends in these days is just having fun or doing something convenient. No good in the sigh of the Lord Jesus, because he transforms our heart that we can't lie so we can love each other with an honest heart, is wise to listen to God at all times about friendship; because now you are a new creation in Christ.

This video couldn't have come at a better time. Was in a close friendship with someone for nearly 8 years, it was toxic from time to time, but we got along for the most part and neither of us wanted to be alone (small town), yet recently God put it heavy on my heart to let this person go. Eventually, exactly as mentioned in the video, this person found a love interest and I was pushed aside abruptly. God's timing is perfect, and even though it's difficult to come to terms with the hurt, God will pull you through it, just keep your focus on Jesus. He is top priority!

Thank you so much Mark. Sometimes you think there is everything wrong with you but what I have also learnt is that God wants us to rely more on Him and the Holy Spirit. We ought to stop using friends as crutches. When we are hurt, instead of picking up the phone and calling a friend: just go on your knees and cry out to God. Then God will lead the right help to you. I have learnt that.

I just had to cut off a friend recently who turned out to be a wolves in sheep's clothing and has been acting like a Narcissist. Out of nowhere she started acting jealous and envious towards me and mimics and copies everything that I do. She has been watching me on social media and commenting and liking everything that I like.

I think in general, if a friendship gets one sides, it is a good chance that you need to end the friendship.
