Copilot Studio Dynamic Chaining and Generative Actions in Power Virtual Agents

In this video, I will show you how to use and build dynamic chaining and generative actions in Microsoft Power Virtual Agents new Copilot Studio to create a conversational bot that can answer questions, provide weather information, generate slides, and tell jokes.

Dynamic chaining and generative actions are new features that allow bot makers to create conversational experiences using generative AI.

Generative actions allow the bot to understand the user's request, identify the relevant APIs or actions, and dynamically chain them together to complete the request. The bot maker can also see the bot's rationale and trace its steps in the generative actions-tracing canvas.

I'll also show you how to send a proactive message to a bot user, notifying them when an asynchronous task has completed via Power Automate on their Power Virtual Agent conversation in Microsoft Teams
