As an iPhone user, the level of customization on android makes me so jealous, but personally even when I was using an android in the past, I wouldn’t fiddle around with the icons and stuff so I think i wouldn’t care about customizing my phone that much anyway

I have a iPhone 6S plus and the reason I didn’t upgrade was because of Apple being dumb! This is the last model with a headphone jack and now I’m saving for an android phone because it’s the superior operating system.

The reason that Steve Wozniak left Apple is that Steve Jobs insisted on whet he called, "end-to-end control" of the devices he sold. In other words, from then until now, no one has ever owned an Apple product other than the Apple Corporation. You don't buy it, they just let you use it for a large sum of money. People let them get away with that mindset for so long that now it has become an industry standard.
