Putin meant that the faith of Russian people is much deeper than bowing the head to the ground during prayer, we live every minute serving the Lord, doing good deeds to loved ones, thinking about the soul and growing spiritually, making decisions according to the Bible.
There is a huge Muslim diaspora in Russia that we respect and love. They are the same Russian people. You can see beautiful mosques in the center of Moscow.

I find it hard to believe that Tucker apparently cannot understand what Putin said at 2:19:05. If so, let me translate it for you: The US government made a bad call on forcing an armed conflict with Russia or on prolonguing it for no good reason, but Putin doesn't want to humilliate them, or NATO, on that acount. Instead, he prefers to let them find a way to get out of the mud of defeat with a little dignity and grace. So no, Tucker, Putin is not going to call Biden to make an agreement. If anything, he would answer to that same call from him. No one knows now if the US government plans on offering formal peace talks or if they plan to do something different. Whatever the case is, Putin will just wait and see. Got it?

I want to clarify one question that you have voiced several times - was Russia going to implement the Minsk agreements? How could she do this if she is not even mentioned once in the Minsk agreements? At most, she could put pressure on the DPR and the LPR to fulfill their part. But the procedure is indicated there, there are few points in the agreement itself and even one has not been fulfilled over the years.
