To all the Americans: When putins replied to the question: "Who blew up the pipe", he said "Vi". In slavic languages there are many different words for "You" this one "Vi" is either used when you talk to someone older, or when you are talking to a group of multiple people. The literally translation is "you did", however the correct translation would be "The people that are the same as you, " meaning CIA and America. The "Vi" even though it dirrectly speaks to tucker and does implie him directly, also mean everyone except him.

On the question of who blew up the pipeline. Why would Russia blow up their own pipeline and source of revenue from European countries when they control the flow of oil into the pipeline, when all they would have to do is shut off the flow oil at it`s source and turn it back on at will? Russia blowing up their own pipeline simply makes no sense.
