Next workout for the same muscle, do I start the 1st set with 90lbs dumbbells?
And is it better to start with 90 and stick to 90 for all 3 sets or change it to say 100lbs on the last set?

Won’t you be fatigued tho so each time you true a new weight that’s not the true weight ?

I find hard to do 4 set of 10 reps with 5kg dumbbell...i am a beginner.... someone guide me plz...

I usely go to failure on my set I usely hit between 6 and 8 rips but I usely superset tho
