*Ironic Fun Fact:* David Bowie did the voice for the Lord Royal Highness in "Atlantis Squarepantis", but he was not given any musical numbers despite the fact that Bowie is one of the most legendary musicians in music history.

Actually "Best Day Ever" first appeared in the OG Spongebob movie's end credits, they just made an entire episode based on that song.

A good thing to note about the "Best Day Ever" song is that it was so iconic, it ended up being featured again later in the SpongeBob Musical.

“Who am I?” is criminally underrated, definitely my favorite on this list.

Best Day Ever is so iconic that Tom Kenny himself wrote a whole new version of it for the Spongebob Squarepants musical on Broadway! (Honorable mention: the entire score for that show, it slaps hard.)

To be honest, I thought "The Secret To The Formula Is You" was also an extremely fantastic and amazing song.

What I really love about "The secret to the formula is you" is how the main characters voice actors harmonize really well together, aswell as the fact that they're all speaking so highly of SpongeBob even Plankton is singing along

Honestly, I think the reason Best Day Ever is so popular is that it's basically SpongeBob's character theme song. it's about finding the best aspects of your life and making every day, even the cloudiest and most mundane, wonderful.

Gotta love how Atlantis Squarepantous is a musical special that had David Bowie guest staring, but NOT have him sing a single song in the whole thing. But given the songs they had in the lineup in this episode, that's probably a good thing.
