Very valuable video. I was gaslit for 19 years. Now, after 11 months of being discarded (most inhumane), I have educated myself on this sad topic. Now, healing from this 19-year marriage of abuse, the narc knows she has lost all control over me. I'm focusing on myself and re-discovering myself and to be the best person of myself. Her motive / intend was that upon my retirement not to have me around. It's so inhumane to have waited so long just to dispose of me, destroying our golden dreams. But thank God for my release from this toxic relationship. I'm well on my way in recovery, and I know that this trauma just made me more resilient and strong to be the best person I can be, focusing on myself and my family. I'm not bothered about the flying monkeys and friends I lost through her smear campaign as I know that the truth will always come out. I have isolated myself for 20 years. In the years that I removed myself from others who were the monsters in my life I gained knowledge on human behavior. It is so important that every human being is aware that the boogey man does exist. That seeking him/her under the bed might be because they live in your house. Some way to expose this to others at an early age would be great but since the human behavior experts have such a huge platform in YouTube -- They/you got this. Thank you. It has been a miracle because what I have dealt with has been shining brightly for others to understand which has been healing to know now. In the past others were in the dark and I was the bad guy. Narcissistic abuse is a big multi sided problem with perhaps 20 sides. This is why I regard it as an icosahedron problem. It is difficult to grasp knowledge to counteract a problem with so many negative aspects. It is like a quicksand of confusion. I am amazed at how you covered all the angles in such of a short podcast. Thank you for sharing your valuable A+ clarity!

( If anyone is unfamiliar with the icosahedron definition: An icosahedron is a 20 sided object that has a 3 dimensional form.) If I am bewildered by confusion, I identify the problem as an icosahedron problem. In order to clear the confusion, I try to identify + list all the different angles.

The information on this podcast has saved me hours of trying to clear confusion to fully identify the problem.😊

Even if they record you being contradictory with your words, there isn't much they can do because the recording will include them using narcissistic verbal strategies to try and thwart you. They can't resist.
