The Rain Tower - Vertical Hydroponic System

I had this idea for a vertical hydroponic system to take up less space and made it come to life. It works better than expected. I plan on making an 8' tall system to use outdoors this summer to take advantage of all the free sunlight. There will be a video soon of how to make one step by step as well as downloadable templates from my website.

Hey Sleestaks Rule. I spoke with one of my professors at a reputable university where I obtained my Horticulture Degree, and he said that there is no problem with pvc leachate. So full steam ahead brother. I believe I will be able to feed my family fairly easily with the aero/hydro system that I made. Mine is similar to yours, but has some differences, and has done well over the last year. Hope you are doing well.

looks alot like the towers I built. Nice job. About the PVC leaching, it would be hard to tell if the leaching was from the materials in the tower or the PVC that delivers the water to your house should you choose to use tap water. ( I use tap water treated with aquasafe for fish tanks, then add dynagrow 7-9-5 at the correct amount )
