Glad to see you utilize the onions, peppers and au jus. So many just toss it and pile on unnecessary extra seasonings and slap on 3 lbs of unnecessary cheese.

Just in case anybody is wondering the hot peppers are in a jar or can called Giardiniera they’re not called “hot peppers”. It’s what’s used for Italian beefs.

The beef itself looks kinda dry and stringy, it might benefit from being cut into cubes like burnt ends and maybe a little more liquid, it still looks like a solid attempt

Food looks good but thanks for letting me know where this imitation wagyu was coming from cause every Insta cook says their beef is “wagyu.” Well it’s American wagyu and not actual Japanese Wagyu. There’s not even that much marbleization on that thing. It’s just befff..
