CareChannel Free Online Resource for Family and Community Caregivers.

CareChannel is a free online resource for family and community caregivers. It features over 80 ‘how-to videos’, as well as careguides. The user-friendly, online platform explores topics from self-care, to how to assist someone with crutches, to dementia care. CareChannel is available in five languages: English, French, Punjabi, Spanish, and Mandarin. CareChannel is funded by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and developed in partnership between Saint Elizabeth Foundation, Hospice Palliative Care Ontario, Hospice Toronto, Ontario Caregiver Coalition and Near North Palliative Care Network
