Doing the work myself taught me a lot. You should always learn every aspect of your business before outsourcing.

I have a small channel but I am lucky to be monetized so my advice for anyone on their journey is to not fear failure but welcome it. I say this because instant success will show you nothing but failure will open up new paths for you to try until you are on the smoothest road possible. I really want you guys to not give up because youtube is a marathon not a sprint and I have the luxury of gaining traction everyday little by little because of the library I have created in the past. Good luck to anyone and everyone 👍

I want to thank you I have watched all sorts of these type of videos from VidIQ to Nimmin and you are the only one who made me realise that shorts and long form need to be separate, so I split my channel in two and the shorts channel has gone through the rood, the long form barely a view. In splitting them up I can concentrate on the shorts and leave the long form for a while. Thanks again for just saying it as it is, Short viewers want a different thing to viewers of long form videos

Thank you, this is very helpful. I think that faceless is the way to go now. There is no need to get judged by some randoms because of my looks, voice, etc... I have to say that even though I don't consider myself a beginner anymore, I still remember getting started. It was a tough journey. Of course, things are a lot easier now and I'm super grateful that I didn't give up and stayed patient all the way through. I believe that hard work and patience (with a little bit of famester of course) is key to success!!

Currently doing the work myself to learn as much as I can about the whole process. Thank you for your REAL channel, and REAL advice! Not planning on making money with my current channels. They are for learning purposes only. There is a LOT to learn about the whole process for sure, and it is time-consuming. 30-50 videos, posting 2 videos per week, before getting YT monetization is very realistic. New Subscriber!

Thank you! This is exactly what I needed to hear. I have been struggling with growing my channel for going on 4 yrs. This has been a wonderful learning experience. I know that I would not have the same pride in my work if I were to outsource.
I do everything myself from the beginning. I have made all the mistakes! Including deleting over 50 videos. I tried the shorts thing but after the first week it tanked. I've improved my thumbnails, worked on my SEO and brand. Each one of these things have helped me understand every aspect of running this thing called YouTube. Learning to enjoy the journey. Blessings!

Still grinding, I'm not really the type to just talk on videos so I just show my artwork in progress. Hard work, but I love it.

Posting faceless content on my main channel still works really great for me on my second channel. I mean, I am just small content creator and I work really hard (I also use a little bit of fame- ster, but that's a necessity nowadays). I just give all my videos small initial boost, and that caused them to spread literally everywhere, bringing more and more organic views day after day.

I swear I'm so sick of clicking on a faceless youtube videos with a title that interests me and I'm immediately greeting with sterile elevenlabs AI voiceover.

I wish I saw your video 7 months ago. I went on fiverr and found someone to create and manage a personal development channel. They wanted to set up a zoom call to see my goals of the channel . Then when we had a conversation it was more then what was on fiverr and i paid $500 to create and manage a for a month worth of videos which ended up getting no views !! Also had a copyright claim because of music. It was an awful experience.

On top of that they wanted the money sent alternative way because fiverr takes a percentage but paid because I figured they were the experts . Never again. So now I’m doing all steps myself on another channel but I’m learning how to put it together and 25 videos in.
