Luke I'm 68 years old and I had to laugh watching you clip your lettuce. My grandmother showed me how to do this almost 65 years ago. Unfortunately it was after I started to pick her lettuce the "old fashioned way" ( and got a kick in the pants for doing so)_. Our salads looked like confetti but we had fresh salad all summer while others were buying lettuce from the store.
