I’ve been studying the areas history for decades and this is perhaps the best explanation of the history in a straight forward way. (I tend to get a little long winded). It s a tricky thing arguing that those who were there first get the land in perpetuity, even if displaced for centuries. The reality is Israelis have the land by right of conquest. Just as the US has Texas, and not the Apache, Comanche or Kiowa peoples. Not everyone who thinks they are right ends up with the land they feel they they deserve. Go ask the Armenians. History is as much the study of cruelty. as it is of progress.
