Ryan, I am interested in your opinion on the Simone biles situation. I saw an article that said this marks the end of the “toxic stoic” in sports as in the past we expect athletes to carry on despite the odds. This end is presented as a good thing, even though our most celebrated athletes persevered through adversity (including injuries) What is your opinion on the situation and is there something as “toxic stoicism?

I've went to this school and basically one of their mottos is to "Create leaders" and perhaps that got misinterpreted and basically all the students wanted to become leaders which oh boy, created this toxic competitive environment especially in group projects because some students just don't want to be ordered what to do. I am the oldest child so I'm basically a leader for my 2 brothers so in school I'm just chilling and simply follow orders in group projects which I can say I've done fairly well to which my fellow students and teachers look down upon me because they think I'm not aspiring to be a leader enough, even if I'm assigned as leader to a group I'll just hand it over to someone else because it's that bad. idk, I think for me to be a good leader you must also learn to be a good servant...
