2014 Grand Cherokee Body Line Dent Removal

Attempt to remove this Dent without removing the glass, failed, I was unable to get good leverage on the body line to rebuild it, without taking to big of a risk in breaking the glass. So I removed the door panel, and the glass and I still could not get in a comfortable position with he requires leverage. So I removed the door. Approx repair time on this Dent 3.5 hours.

If you were going to just replace that door hinge on this WK2 .. the bottom one. What would you do to replace it and not have to do a bunch of Alignment afterward?
