Dawkins lost me at, "there's a multiverse." If ever there was a statement of blind faith. Right up there with, "Aliens created us (yes, he said that), followed by, "smarter aliens were made by even smarter aliens, that were made by even smarter aliens." That was made by.... His biggest problem is he is at war with a god he created because he doesn't like it. That isn't an atheist, that's an idolotrist- with issues.

John Lennox is truly a treasure to us. That man is so wise and kind. He's a massive credit to Christianity.

What a pleasure to hear a debate where the participants are respectful and listen to one another. No extreme hyperbole or angry rhetoric. The subject deserves this approach. Many who are now Christians were once atheists, so it is appropriate to be respectful and not take umbrage at disagreement. These issues are at the heart of human existence and are vital to our self-understanding.

Editing Dawkins' argument out doesn't make him speechless. Both arguments should be shown.

You literally cherrypicked parts of the debate where 90% of it is John talking. Why don't you share the points that Dawkins made as well?

5 years ago, I (Hadyn) prayed the following, "Lord if you're real, you're going to have to see to it that my faith doesn't fail because I'm really questioning." And I thought if not Christianity, then the most likely alternative in my estimation would be Atheism.

I proceeded to look at different atheistic talks from guys like Dawkins and Hitchens, Harris etc, and then I stumbled on a debate between Dawkins and some mathematician named John Lennox, and it all became crystal clear.

Since then, there are so many things I have questioned more an more about the world around me. I can't come to conclusions on so many things, my conclusions are no longer definitive, but are more like percentages. (Which are at best an educated guess')

Yet Ironically enough, thanks to John Lennox, or rather thanks to God through John Lennox, every day I draw nearer and nearer to the Lord, and am more and more sure of Jesus' saving work on the Cross and the resurrection.

And so, in some ways a bit like the apostle Paul, in 1 Corinthians Chapter 2 ". . .I decided to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ and him crucified." It's freeing not to have all the answers, except for the one, that counts.

Dawkins reminds me of the definition of a word that popular when I was in high school: “sophomoric” = “wise fool.”
